How do I forward ports in order to access a ReadyNas Pro from any computer with an internet connection?

I would like to access FTP as well as HTTPS

You need two things to do this. The IP address of your ReadyNas (local address) and access to your router.
You login to the router using a web browser in most cases. Http://192.168.1.1 (for linksys and many others) will open the router management page.

You go to the gaming/applications port forwarding page
You enter the ports needed: port 21 for FTP port 443 for HTTPS and point those to the IP of your ReadyNas.

Since you didn't say what router you have, that is about as specific as I can get to help you.
A good site for portforwarding is http://portforward.com if you click the "guides" and find your Router Model. It will show you STEP by STEP settings. Your router manual will also show you what is needed for portforwarding. If you don't have the manual visit the manufacturers website.. like http://linksys.com , http://dlink.com , http://2wire.com , http://netgear.com etc.
